setting for the external firewall

i have diseable the psa-firewall (causin some problem) i have activate the external cisco forewall from my control panel on 1and1. i have retouche the rules webserver and mail server to allow port 21. i have 3 IP on my box. 1 for the server and 2 for the dns.

i have activate the rules on my 3 IP.

bye now my domain don't resolve . i have de-activate the firewall and everithing work fine...

someone know the rules to add ?? and also i have to activate the rules on my 3 IP (webserver and dns) ??

Yes, I had the same problem today but didn't know what it was because I was able to see everything fine from my isp but some customers with different isp's were unable to connect.

I susspect the issue is with the domain port 53 being closed for tcp requests and only open for udp requests.
