View Full Version : ZenPhoto is not working and i need to see LOGS

I have a "1&1 Business Package", and i use it to host 4 ZenPhoto web albums.

I installed a new ZenPhoto (on a new folder), but it is not working, it is not creating the thumbnails, for the 144 files uploaded (about 130 MB).

When i try to run some functions, the refresh function, i get "Error 500 - Internal server error. An internal server error has occured! Please try again later."

It's been already 12 hours.

I was recommended to check the logs, but i have no idea of how or where.

Any help? Thanks.

Are you sure you meet the requirements to run the software? The shared hosting servers are often out of date and restrictive

PHP + MySQL are the only reqs.

I have been running it in the past.

In fact, zenphoto is one of the pre-configured apps.

I had to ask. Sometimes people don't check.

You might have to ask support for the log files. If memory serves they aren't stored where you can access them.
