There are tons of CMS's that will integrate...

PHPBB is already integrated into PHP-Nuke.. And it seems to have the best community support too. Tons of modules, themes, blocks and other integrations.

Probably the most stable CMS around is Mambo, but you'll probably want to get a vBulletin license to integrate with that CMS.

I've installed, maintained, and I run multiple Nuke sites and they work great. :)

I'm currently running MX-Systems on one of my sites. It has many features and addons and integrates wonderfully with phpBB.
