Plesk Key Update Failure

Anyone ever get this error message, not sure if I should let it go and hope for the best or take action yet.

Plesk will continue trying.

Details:

Licensing Server Unreachable: Unable to connect with licensing server.
Please make sure that your network allows communication to ka.sw-soft.com:5224.

I had that same problem when I first got my Root III server. When I called 1&1 the support tech told me that it was waiting for verificaition from the IP address that I signed up with. Since I signed up thru my office's network, when I got home and tried to update the Plesk license it wouldn't allow me since I was coming from wo different IPs.

You might try this FAQ and see if it corrects your problem:
Cannot access plesk. My IP Address is blocked (http://faq.1and1.com/dedicated_servers/root_server/plesk_7/6.html)

If that doesn't help then I'd give them a call. Was a two minute fix.
