Does anyone know if there is a BFD type of application that will do the same thing on Windows as it does for Linux???
Any suggestions or ideas would be great! :)

Well without paying buckets of $$$ for Checkpoint Firewall-1, Symantec, McAfee, or some other commercial offering. The only thing left is Zone Alarm, Black Ice Defender, and/or a combination of spyware/adware/malware tools to protect you. If your running Windows 2003 why not just use the built in firewall and/or the IP filtering. Beyond that the only protection you can get is with a third party application that is usually very expensive. You could look into the host intrusion prevention systems. I think Cisco just bought the top dog not to long ago called Okena, but your still talking about big bucks for any IDS integration.

I think also Snort runs on Windows too http://www.snort.rog
