Wow!

When I bought my MS Business plan it was IIRC 2,000MB storage and 50GB bandwidth and did not include the .NET framework.

This morning while trying to resolve the MS SQL issue (and being hung up on many times by their automated system) I hit the main page and saw that the package now is 10,000MB storage and 500GB bandwidth and includes the .NET.

I finally got through to their tech support and they are working on all the issues I had. It seems that I was correct and somehow my account/user cp is not displaying all the features of my package.

The young lady I spoke with was very polite and made up for the ineptitude of their email support so I guess I will stick around for a bit.

Customer service goes a long way, even when there are technical screw ups.
