1and1 email support average response time

What's your average 1and1 email support response time?

I signed up for the msdeveloper package on 3/17 and have since left 6 e-mails for technical support. I received 5 auto responders stating that due to a larger volume of support requests I may want to call the support center. The most recent request I received an automated response that it could take up to 48 hours to receive a response.

After not receiving answers I have made 4 calls to technical support. 1 was answered promptly and the issue was immediately resolved. 2 were answered after significant hold times and the issues were resolved. 1 resulted in a hangup after 20+ minutes.
