Easier way to enter emails?

Usually I just go into the admin panel and enter them 1 at a time.

However we set up forwarding emails for a client and their list keeps growing.
Every few months they add 30 or so to the list.

I'm getting tired of entering them 1 at a time.

Anyone know of a easier way to enter a bulk of emails?

Plesk has the psadump/psarestore utilities that take scripted file commands/arguments so I'm sure there is a way. You might post the question on the Plesk forums. If you find the answer post it here too it would make a great tutorial and I for one would like to know the answer and more about automating plesk functions
