I sent them an email and I didn't get a response for days, now I'm waiting on hold for ages while someone who obviously doesn't understand the problem does whatever they want to.
This is crap, I can't believe I'm doing business with this company

HOW DO I GET ACTUAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT???? IS IT POSSIBLE??? DO THEY ACTUALLY HAVE ANY TECHINICAL STAFF?

Hi

If it'a a hardware problem, you must call the tech service, if it's about the soft (linux, plesk, config...) they offer no support.

I think they were able to reproduce the problem now I'm waiting in the distal void for an email from the allegedly extant actually tech support,

I've already been billed for the server even though it's not usable, and the actually helpful (within their allotted boundaries) supervisor says that they will talk to the 'manager' about getting some kind of billing resolution, we'll see how that works out
