Emails don't get answered and the people who answer the phone just stall and don't help.
Finally they say, oh well I'll forward this to techincal support and then you never hear anything.
How to get hold of technical support?

In answer to both your posts, you might try emailing admin@1and1.com for escalation, it seems to be their 2nd or 3rd level support. Are you in the US or the UK? What's the problem anyway, maybe we can help you?
