Webmail does not produce HTML messages

Is anyone else having problems viewing HTML messages in the webmail application? Every time I open an email it sits there forever and never downloads the images.

Also, webmail seems to be REALLY SLOW!!!!

webmail has been very slow since birth. in my case, I installed my own webmail (squirrelmail) and works smoothly. btw, i'm not having any problem when viewing html on 1&1's webmail.
