1and1 dedicated server - Systems Administrator needed

I am the IT manager for a UK company selling China and Crystal tableware. My company website (www.chinapresentations.net) is hosted on a 1and1 dedicated server which I configured and manage myself. But I only have a very basic knowledge of dedicated servers and although I managed to set it up and install my website, I don’t really know what I am doing. The website has been running smoothly for about two years so I have not bothered to upgrade my server but I encountered a problem last week when my website started running really slowly and the technical support department at 1and1 told me that they could not offer support to fix the problem, as it was software related. After spending many hours I eventually fixed the problem myself by upgrading the operating system from Plesk 8.1 to version 9. However I am concerned about future problems that may occur on my server and with my lack of knowledge, not being able to fix. I really need a freelance systems administrator or company to do routine maintenance and upgrades and offer advanced technical support (for software issues) on my 1and1 dedicated server. Preferably based in the UK but not essential if they are contactable 24/7 by email or phone. I am hoping someone here can make some recommendations?
